I wanted to comment on an article I was reading concerning Apple Computer and Apple Records.  It looks like now that they have settled their trademark infringement suit the Apples are set to do business.  I wonder if Apple Computer’s Itunes and the marketshare that it commands had any effect on the settlement terms of the suit.   [...]
